4.  How to Clean Your Dog Toy Products?

  • You can wipe them down with dish soap and water and most are dishwasher safe.

  • Orders generally ship within 24 hours after receipt.

7.  Are your products guaranteed and do you allow returns?

  • Many products in our collection have a manufacturer's lifetime warranty or 30 day return guarantee.
  • Please review the warranty/guarantee language specific to each item.
  • Manufacturer's warranty and/or return process is managed by the individual manufacturers.
  • OZZY & OSA branded product returns are reviewed on a case by case basis and the product must be unused.
